1. Introduction

Welcome to SnapTalk, operated by ICTNetworks (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapTalk mobile application (“App”) and associated web interface (“Web Portal”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. User Roles

SnapTalk is designed for two user roles:

• Resellers – Manage PBX services and related customer configurations.
• Customers – Access call insights, statistics, and related service data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App or Web Portal. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and agree not to share them with others. ICTNetworks is not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain security.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapTalk for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our systems. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or data
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the service
• Using the service for fraudulent or malicious activities

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain availability of SnapTalk but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at our discretion for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of SnapTalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with SnapTalk are owned by ICTNetworks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and Web Portal solely for their intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

ICTNetworks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of SnapTalk, including loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ICTNetworks harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App or Web Portal constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
